Boos & Barks Halloween Parade

Calling all Children and SMALL dogs (under 20 lbs.)! You are invited to wear costumes and join in the parade from City Hall Plaza to Howard Station Park in Downtown Lee's Summit! Other activities will include trick-or-treating at participating Downtown Lee's Summit businesses and awards for the following categories: Favorite Family, Favorite Dog, Favorite Boy Costume, Favorite Girl Costume and Most Unique!
