This summer, Hershey's released a new (and very tasty!) chocolate: Hershey's Air Delight chocolate bars and Kisses. What's the difference, you ask? This new chocolate is aerated and the unique new taste is fantastic. The Air Delights are light and airy, yet smooth and creamy and they will "melt effortlessly in your mouth."
I'm usually skeptical when a brand I love does something out of the ordinary. I like the things I like the way I like them and don't usually want to change. The Hershey's Air Delights are a rare exception to my rule. The first bite is sort of odd, because even if you know it is aerated, you still except the normal chocolate texture. But after the initial shock, you just can't stop. Our bag of Air Delights Kisses did not last very long at all - and if you get some, they probably won't last long in your home either.
I think there is great potential to save calories by eating Hershey's Air instead of regular Hershey's Chocolate. Note that I say there is potential. I found myself eating the kisses so quickly, because it seemed so much lighter! If you have good self-control, it might work. When it comes to me and chocolate...there's just no hope!
