Shaun the Sheep: We Wish Ewe a Merry Christmas {DVD Review}

Celebrate the holidays and sing carols with Shaun the Sheep in his first ever holiday-themed DVD: Shaun the Sheep: We Wish Ewe a Merry Christmas. There are seven fun-filled adventures on the DVD including the aptly titled: We Wish Ewe a Merry Christmas where the animals spend Christmas Eve night working hard to decorate so that the Farmer won't feel lonely on Christmas Day but rather he will find the most magical Christmas he's ever had!

Other episodes include: Snowed In, Fireside Favorite, An Ill Wind, Bitzer's New Hat, Chip Off the Old Block, and Shirley Whirley. Your kids will love watching Shaun and friends as they get into a huge snowball fight, build a ferris wheel out of a wind turbine, save Bitzer from Pidsley the cat and much much more!

Shaun the Sheep, which airs on the Disney Channel here in the U.S., was created by the Oscar-winning creators of Wallace and Gromit. My favorite episode on this DVD would have to be the titular We Wish Ewe a Merry Christmas because it is very sweet what the animals do for The Farmer when they find out that he will be spending Christmas alone. I'll be honest - Shaun is not my favorite DVD character, but I know he has a lot of fans out there.  There are some fun extras included - a Sheep Shearing Game and a Timmy Time Sneak Peek!
Shaun the Sheep: We Wish Ewe a Merry Christmas is currently priced at $11.99 on Amazon.
