Coca-Cola Fun for Family Night Ideas + Giveaway

It may not be super cold outside, but we are still in the thick of winter - and around our house, that means a lot of nights spent at home.  And since our only little one is just a baby, we've had to be creative in our endeavor to create fun family nights around here!

Right now Coca-Cola is celebrating the 11th season of American Idol - and they are hoping to spice up the colder months! You can check out the Coca-Cola Family Night program - it's happening right now at My Coke Rewards.  There is a wide array of instant win games, contests, rewards, recipes and more, plus lots of ideas for how your family can have some American Idol fun of their own!

Hubby and I decided to start a fairly weird tradition for 2012 - we're taking a photo every time we eat Potato Skins and I'm going to make a scrapbook featuring all of them at the end of the year.  Yes, I'm a little random.  But I was excited to find a recipe for Loaded Twice-Baked Taters at My Coke Rewards!  The little guy loves eating cheese and bobbing along to whatever music is playing, so our version of family night definitely includes some yummy appetizers and a soundtrack of American Idol winner hits.  Not a dull moment here!  We keep trying to capture L "dancing" on camera, but so far haven't gotten a great video.
