FREE Event - Kids Civil War Program: Who Lived Here?

Friday nights are Family Fun nights at the KC Public Library. This Friday's program, Who Lived Here?, will teach kids about the people who were living in Missouri during the Civil War. The John Wornall House is providing this creative, hands-on program. Kids will get to learn specifically about Mexican, African, and Chinese children in Missouri and why the cultures immigrated West. Who Lived Here? will also include games and a craft! This event will be on Friday, June 17th at 7:00 PM at the Plaza Branch of the KC Public Library. You can find more info at the KC Library's website.

And don't forget to enter the giveaway here at My Kansas City Mommy for Caillou's Summer Vacation DVD - for more summery fun!
