FREE Events - Weather, Wise and Wonderful with Katie Horner, starting 6/11

Local libraries offer a variety of FREE events for kids, adults, and the whole family! This special event, Weather, Wise and Wonderful, features special guest, Katie Horner. For those who may not know, Katie is the meteorologist on KCTV-5. You (and your kids!) can learn why clouds are so fascinating and what creates a tornado. Your kids can even create their own lightning! This event is presented by Mad Science with special guest, Katie Horner. Mid-Continent Public Library is offering this FREE program several times throughout the summer, starting June 11th at 10:00 AM at the Raytown branch.
