The city of Blue Springs and the Blue Springs Police Department are dedicated to keeping citizens safe during the upcoming holiday weekend, and to do this they running a "Be a Good Neighbor" Education Campaign from now until Independence Day to help remind citizens how to safely enjoy themselves this year. The three themes of the "Be a Good Neighbor" program are Be Legal, Think Safe and Play Smart.
