I thought this was a really good deal, but its not unless you want to keep contacting them about the orders that they messed up. I made a book about my dad for my mom since he recently passed away and they have messed up on three different books now. Every couple of pictures come out bright orange! They just keep reprinting them hoping it will correct the issue because it looks fine when you review the books. I know it is not an issue with my pictures because we have had several of them blown up and hanging in our house and they are fine. Basically you get what you pay for. Not a good company, but this is just my opinion. I don't want to offend anyone that likes the company, I'm just very upset with them right now.
ReplyDeleteOh no! So sorry to hear that you are having this issue. I have not ordered photo books from Snapfish, but have gotten prints many times with no trouble. Are they offering to refund your money at all?
