I am just a little bit crazy when it comes to photos. I take hundreds of snapshots on a weekly basis. My husband says I have far more photo frames than I need. I have been making a picture-a-day scrapbook for the past three years. So yes - photos are a big deal for me.
We celebrated L's first birthday in February (where did the year go?!) and I knew that I wanted to get some great photos of him at his "all grown up" age of 1. This little boy looks really sweet and unassuming in these photos, right? I have to tell you that I am thrilled with the beautiful photos Lisa captured for us.
Why? Because L did not sit still for longer than 3 seconds at a time. The entire shoot.
I felt like he was causing all sorts of trouble as he tried to pull over her backdrop and carry around some cardboard containers - but Lisa had a smile on her face the whole time and just kept snapping away! And as you can see from these photos, she did a great job.
I ordered a large canvas print of this photo to display in our home. I love it! The photo quality is simply beautiful (especially in a large format) and I find myself staring at it all the time.
If you have a little one celebrating a first birthday soon, make sure you ask for the Cake Smash photos! L wasn't as crazy about cake as we thought he might be, but Lisa still captured some great expressions.
Lisa B. Photography's Session Fee is $50 and includes one hour of on-location shooting. You can choose to purchase a prints package (prices vary) or a high-resolution session disk containing all images for $300.
