Plan to dine at IHOP this Friday, October 28th! From 7am to 10pm, kids 12 and under will receive a FREE scary face pancake! Kids will be able to decorate their own pancake with candy corn and mini Oreos!
Not sure I think that sounds like a good combination, but I'm guessing kids might love it!
